You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
Legal Status Of Products: Federal, State and/orlocal authorities may have laws or regulations related to the purchase, offering or sale of certain items sold by Endeavor International. It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not the seller, to ascertain, and obey all state laws fefore ordering. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents the products ordered will be used in only a lawful mannaer and that he/she is of legal age.
State Restricitions: Certain states have restrictions on the sales or possesion of certain items shown on this website. If your state has restrictions, we will not be able to sell you any defense products other that what your state allows.
States With Pepper Spray Restrictions:
New York: New York residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state.
Massachusetts: Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state.
Michigan: OC Pepper Spray can be no stronger than 2% concentrate. CS is the only Tear Gas accepted and can be no larger that 35 grams per can. No combination spray is allowed.
Wisconsin: Pepper only. No Tear gas, UV Dye or combination sprays. OC can be no stronger that a 10% solution. Can and must be between 15-60 grams only. Must have safety feature.
California: Canisters cannot be more than 2.5 ounces.
States With Stun Device Restrictions:
Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Wisconsin.
States With Baton Restrictions:
New York: It is illegal for New York residents to carry or purchase expandable batons in their state.

*When using personal or company checks, we will ship your order as soon as the bank clears your check (normally up to 14 days). Checks returned to us for any reason are subject to a $35.00 returned check/handling fee.
Standard Back Orders and Substitutions If an item is discontinued and/or not in stock, it will be removed from the order and you will not be billed. Customer will then be notified if the item has been discontinued, or is not available. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. Backorders will automatically ship when the product becomes available. They will ship and be calculated on the same terms and in the same manner as the original order. Backorders will not hold the order in the system. Orders will not automatically ship complete unless customer specifically requests this upon order placement. Customer will be notified immediately by phone or e-mail, if an item is discontinued or backordered.
Standard Returns
Freight on merchandise being returned to us must be prepaid. Product will be replaced/exchanged if found to be defective unless specified in writing by customer within the return box. A new invoice will be created. There will be no charge for replacement/exchanged product, and we will pay for shipping. If the item is proven to be defective and the Customer has specified in writing that they do NOT wish the product to be replaced/exchanged we will credit your account or send you a refund, which ever you prefer. Non-defective merchandise will be accepted for return and will be credited at original price, less freight and handling charges within 30 days of invoice date. No returns or credit requests after 30 days of invoice date. No Refunds or Credits will be issued for pepper sprays.
