What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Standard Terms of PaymentA) Pre-payment by MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card. B) Deposit payment with order. C) Personal or company checks will be held for up to 14 days for the check to clear the bank before shipping your order. Checks returned to us for any reason are subject to a $35.00 returned check/handling fee. Any credit on your account from sending a deposit for merchandise we could not ship, a check will be issued to you within 14 days upon receipt of written request. Standard Back Orders and SubstitutionsIf an item is discontinued and/or not in stock, it will be removed from the order and customer will not be billed. Customer will then be notified if the item has been discontinued, or is not available. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. Backorders will automatically ship when the product becomes available. They will ship and be calculated on the same terms and in the same manner as the original order. Backorders will not hold the order in the system. Orders will not automatically ship complete unless customer specifically requests this upon order placement. Customer will be notified immediately by phone or e-mail, if an item is discontinued or backordered. Standard Returns
Freight on merchandise being returned to The Safety & Security Products Catalog must be prepaid. Product will be replaced/exchanged if found to be defective unless specified in writing by customer within the return box. A new invoice will be created. There will be no charge for replacement/exchanged product, shipping will be paid by The Safety & Security Products Catalog. If the item is proven to be defective and the Customer has specified in writing that they do NOT wish the product to be replaced/exchanged a credit will be issued to customer. The Safety & Security Products Catalog will refund all charges including freight fees to Customer. Non-defective merchandise will be accepted for return and will be credited at original price, less freight and handling charges within 90 days of invoice date. No returns or credit requests after 90 days of invoice date. Product returned after this time is only eligible for replacement/exchange. NOTE: Pepper sprays will only be accepted for replacement/exchange within 30 days of original invoice date. No Refunds or Credits will be issued for pepper sprays.

We use UPS as a primary shipper. We can ship via DHL, U.S. Postal Service.
How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Order?
1-day, 2-day and 3-day UPS/DHL shipping is available upon request and for an additional fee.
