Standard Shipping Terms & Options
- Here at Sgt Taser's Home and Personal Security Products, we use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship the product to you unless you specify otherwise.
- Generally your standard shipping costs are determined by weight and size of your total package and the shipping distance from our warehouse to you.
- We ship from three warehouses.
- Standard shipping is FREE, to you, on orders more than $100.
- Standard shipping costs start at about $7.94.
- Standard shipping costs will be shown, as you proceed through the checkout process, before you submit your order.
- We try to ship your item(s) the day we receive your order. Other wise we ship it out the next possible business day.
- For planning purposes – it takes 5 days for an item to travel from coast to coast. You may receive your items within two days for standard shipping, if you are close enough to the warehouse from where we are shipping the product.
- United States Postal Service, FedEx, DHL and other expedited options are available to you at your cost. (Next Day Air - Up to 5lbs $37.74, Up to 10lbs $51.89, Up to 15lbs $65.35, Up to 20lbs $72.15, Up to 25lbs $83.25)
- Generally products with compressed gases, such as pepper spray and fire extinguishers are not shipped by air.
